H.R.H. Princess Maria Carolina of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duchess of Calabria and Palermo, turned 18, since she was born in Rome on June 23, 2003. Because of the pandemic, she has celebrated her birthday in a private way together with the members of her family in the south of France. She completed the first year of “Social Sciences, Marketing and Management” at Harvard University and, at the same time, the first year of “Fashion and Luxury Studies” at the International University of Monte Carlo with her sister, Princess Maria Chiara. Both are fluent in Italian, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian. Princess Maria Carolina will keep on following many charitable activities, from the protection of the environment and animals to humanitarian initiatives, carried out through the Royal House and the Constantinian Order of Saint George.
