Rome, 8 March 2023 – On the occasion of the international women’s day, on a strong impulse of H.R.H. Princess Camilla of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duchess of Castro, the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George has made a large donation of clothing and shoes that will be destined to women victims of violence supported by the Association Salvamamme, guided by Mrs. Maria Grazia Passeri, President.
In addition to clothing, also blankets, medical devices for diabetics and bed’s drawsheet have been donated.

Princess Camilla of Bourbon Two Sicilies, as well as holding the office of Ambassador of the Association of the United Nations UN Women For Peace, also plays the role of Global Ambassador of Salvamamme.

The Princess, always at the forefront in the fight against violence and inequalities with regard to women, expressed words of deep gratitude for the actions of the association and its numerous volunteers, which are packed to ensure, over the years, protection, refuge and support of all kinds to women in difficulty in the area.
